There is not enough room to say everything I could or should about Ryan. I’ve moved a lot over the years and I’ve never had a realtor who even approached his professionalism, patience, and all around excellent service. He knew I had some specific issues coming in, but they turned into some really major setbacks. Throughout everything, he never wavered in the least and consistently went above and beyond anything on e could reasonably expect from a realtor. He started as a realtor and finished as a friend. A+

We met Ryan through a mutual contact in Tucson and he turned out to be absolutely terrific to work with. We were in the market to buy a Winter home in Tucson in a very tight market and Ryan went the extra mile to really understand what we were looking for and help us narrow down the choices so we could move fast. We developed an understanding early on to the point that we would have trusted him to put in an offer sight unseen if we were unable to be in Tucson. Throughout the process Ryan was very efficient in lining up inspectors and handymen to handle some of the work that needed to be done on the house. Even though we have already closed, he continues to follow up with contacts for services such as pest control, landscaping and repair work. Plus, he has even stopped by our new house to check on things as we are out of town for the Summer. If you want a realtor who is willing to put in the time to really understand what you are looking for , is highly ethical and who will stay engaged throughout the process I highly recommend Ryan. We've worked with several realtors over the years and he was by far the best!
